Privacy Policy
The Phoenix Knights Clan reserves the right to use data acquired from members, candidates, and applicants for better management and organization of the Community within the games in which it participates.
At no time will the Phoenix Knights Clan commercialize the acquired data, nor use it for purposes external to the community organization.
Members have the right to request the deletion of their data from the community's database, knowing that this action is equivalent to their resignation as an active member of the community.
Data
The Phoenix Knights Clan will never ask for real information from Applicants, Candidates, and members.
The data required is merely for fictional use (in video games) and never for use in real life.
Some of the data the community will require includes: email, in-game name, Discord name or other communication system used, etc.
